Enrollment is completed annually for K-12th grades but only at specific times. For students who are returning, the enrollment window will open in early February each year. Families will be notified by email when enrollment is open. New families will be able to enroll once the application has been submitted, and the student has been accepted. The acceptance and enrollment instructions will be sent by email. Below are instructions for enrollment for your convenience.

 

CURRENT STUDENTS: 

For all students in your home currently enrolled at LCS in grades K-11th, please follow these instructions once enrollment for the next year is open:

  1. Log into the FACTS Family Portal. The district code is lv-tx. If you don’t know your username and/or password, please contact the school office.
  2. From the menu on the left side of the screen, select “Apply/Enroll”. Click “Enrollment/Reenrollment” and then “Click here to open Enrollment”.
  3. You should see all of your children currently enrolled in grades K-11th at LCS listed here. If you plan to return, select “Start Enrollment Packet.” If you are not returning to LCS next year, select “Will Not Enroll.”
  4. You will know you have completed the enrollment process when you submit the packet and pay the $50 enrollment fee. Your child’s spot is now reserved.
  5. Return to the enrollment menu and repeat the process for any other current LCS students in your household.
     

NEW STUDENTS: 

If you are enrolling a student who is new to LCS grades K-12th, you need to complete a new application and enrollment will be available once they are accepted. This includes all children going into Kindergarten next year, even if they are in PreK in the LCS Early Learning Center. Below are the instructions to enroll new students:
 

Instructions for Creating a FACTS Family Portal Login (new families only):

  1. Please go to www.factsmgt.com.
  2. Click on Log In Here at the top of the screen and Family Portal Log In from the For Families menu.
  3. From the log in screen, please select Create New Family Portal Account.
  4. Enter LV-TX into the District Code field.
  5. Enter in the Email field your email address as provided in your application to the school.
  6. Click the Create Account button.
  7. You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for 6 hours.
  8. Please click on the link.  A Change/Create Password screen will open.  You may use the default username provided, or create a new username.  Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.
  9. Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.
  10. Close the window.
     

To access the FACTS Family Portal and complete enrollment:

  1. Please go to www.factsmgt.com.
  2. Click on Log In Here at the top of the screen and Family Portal Log In from the For Families menu.
  3. Enter LV-TX into the District Code field.
  4. Enter your username and password (created in the previous steps)
  5. From the menu on the left side of the screen, select “Apply/Enroll”. Click “Enrollment/Reenrollment” and then “Click here to open Enrollment”.
  6. You should see all of your children currently accepted in grades K-11th at LCS listed here. 
  7. You will know you have completed the enrollment process when you submit the packet and pay the $50 enrollment fee. 
  8. Return to the enrollment menu and repeat the process for any other current LCS students in your household.
