The school maintains a standard of academic excellence in all subject areas. We use several different curriculum providers based on our many years of experience and research including: A Beka, Bob Jones, Shurley, Association of Christian School International, Positive Action for Christ, and Glencoe. In Kindergarten, we use an intensive phonics-based approach to reading and mathematics instruction is balanced with learning about the environment and social development. Kindergarten students are usually reading by Christmas.
All subject material at all levels is Christ-centered and the curriculum fosters academic excellence through a structured and traditional environment. Even though our teachers understand the importance of a rigorous and challenging curriculum, they also know that relationships are what foster spiritual growth. They love sharing the Bible with their students through devotionals, scripture, and prayer.
